As the season is changing, I am trying to run through new styles and projects in my head? My thoughts are coming together, piece by piece and I am finding myself drawn more and more back to my roots, where the roads and trees are covered in tick quilts of fluffy white snow, and where there is complete silence and where I can find peace. Where the air is so crisp and icy that with every breath you take, when you breath out you can see thousands of crystals in the dark right in front of you. Anyway, this is just daydreaming, snap-snap and back to reality.
Whenever I feel like getting creative I open up my photoshop and indesign. When I see something (anything really) I have a tendency to think – “What would go with this piece” or “what can I put right next to this to create magic”? I kind of want to see it as a whole rather than seperate beauty. I know, I know – I really have to work on seeing and appreciate things for what they are, and not always wanting more! That really is a tricky one, but take a look at this board. Don’t you just love how it all comes together?
On a seperate note, this is not only day dreaming. I actually have really cool concept for one of my next studio shoots. This mood board issmething I just threw together this morning of what I have in mind for the Hair & Makeup. I have so much love for snowy and white winters which is one of the things I miss most about not living in Sweden anymore. I guess I will have to keep on daydreaming about that, while I start the next mood board and brief.
But hey, options please – I need options. Please share in the comments your thoughts and other inspirational ideas for hair and makeup this coming winter season.
